What we collect

When you or someone who referred you uses this report tool, we may collect the company website URL, company name, first name, and email address passed through URL parameters or forms. We also collect standard usage data such as the pages you view, your approximate session activity, referrer and UTM data, and a hashed version of your IP address used for rate limiting.

Reports are generated from publicly available information about the company website. We do not ask for passwords, payment details, or private account data in this tool.

How we use it

We use the submitted information to generate and personalize your AI visibility report, to follow up with you about the report and our services, and to understand how the tool is used so we can improve it. We do not sell your personal information.

Analytics tools

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with the report pages, including clicks, scrolls, and session replays. Clarity processes data according to Microsoft's own privacy practices. We also keep our own analytics of report runs and page views, including the email address associated with a visit when one is provided.

Who can see your report

Reports are publicly accessible to anyone who has the report link. Because the link contains the company domain and may contain a name or email, treat it like any shared link. If you would like a report removed, contact us and we will take it down.

Data retention and your choices

We keep report data and analytics records for as long as they are useful for operating the service. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by contacting us.

To make a request, email us through the contact options at share.one.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the most recent revision is shown below. Continued use of the tool after an update means you accept the revised policy.
